Job Description:

Are you looking for an internship in Human Resources within a multinational company? We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our HR team in Concagno (CO). Purpose of the Role:

Support the HR Department in executing the company's employee cycle plan, focusing on communication and employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement internal communication plans to promote corporate culture and enhance employee engagement;
• Support recruitment by coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews;
• Assist in designing training courses and tracking their delivery;
• Provide administrative support related to onboarding and offboarding processes;
• Contribute to small HR projects aimed at process improvement.

Requirements:

• Currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills;
• A creative approach to tasks;
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and social media;
• Good command of the English language.

We offer a paid internship lasting 6 months. The position is open to individuals belonging to protected categories under Law 68/99.
