Are you looking for an internship in Human Resources in a multinational company?

We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our HR team in Concagno (CO).

tesa is a pioneering multinational company leading in technology, automation, and innovation, with a diverse portfolio of over 7,000 cutting-edge adhesive tapes and self-adhesive system solutions.

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in an international environment and develop your skills within a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.

Purpose of the Role:

Support the HR Department in executing the company’s employee cycle plan, focusing on communication and employee engagement activities.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement an internal communication plan to promote corporate culture and enhance employee engagement;
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews;
  • Assist in designing courses and tracking training sessions;
  • Provide support with administrative tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Contribute to small HR projects aimed at process improvement.

What you will need:

  • Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields;
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills;
  • A creative approach;
  • Excellent knowledge of digital communication tools and social media;
  • Good command of the English language.

We offer a paid internship lasting 6 months.

The search is open to individuals belonging to protected categories under Law 68/99.
