Pirelli offre uno stage nel Cycling Business Unit, Network Availability, per apprendere la gestione dei piani di fornitura dai magazzini di fabbrica agli hub regionali, garantendo stock bilanciati e disponibilità dei prodotti.

Sotto la supervisione di un tutor, acquisirai responsabilità crescenti, autonomia e insight nei processi decisionali in un contesto dinamico e internazionale.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale in economia/ingegneria gestionale o titolo equiparabile.
• Fluenza in italiano e inglese.
• Competenza in MS Office, soprattutto Excel.

Mansioni

• Gestire piani di fornitura da FW a RDW, garantendo equilibrio di stock e disponibilità.
• Gestione flussi internazionali (intercompany, consegna a OE) mensili e settimanali.
• Utilizzo di SAP e Qlik Sense per reporting e analisi della disponibilità.

Join the Cycling Business Unit's Network Availability team and immerse yourself in a dynamic, youthful environment. From day one, you will gain hands-on experience and grow your skills in manage supply plans from factory warehouses to regional hubs, ensuring balanced stock levels and meeting product availability goals. Under the guidance of your tutor, you'll be empowered to take on increasing responsibilities, develop autonomy, and gain insights into strategic decision-making processes in a fast-evolving industry.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

• Order entry for specific centralized customers;
• Sharing of Supply Chain reports;
• Guarantee the correct balance of stocks and guarantee the set objectives of product availability;
• Management of international flows (intercompany, direct delivery to Original Equipment, etc.) of monthly and weekly planning;
• Slot loading / unloading management, for issuing orders and for loading optimization;
• Product availability analysis and monthly result estimate;
• Management of supply plans from factory warehouses (FW) to regional distribution warehouse (RDW)
• Monitoring of logistics KPIs (non-conformities, 3PL performance, etc.);
• SAP logistics operations and use of Qlik Sense for reporting.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel.
• Passion for the two wheels will be considered a plus.
