Requisiti: Diploma tecnico o Laurea in materie bio/chimico-farmaceutiche; forte motivazione; disponibilità a turni; automunito; conoscenza GMP come valore preferenziale.

Attività principali includono supervisione metodi e macchine, redazione di report, supporto al miglioramento continuo e rispetto delle norme EHS.

Cosa farai?

I candidati verranno inseriti nel reparto LLIn. Le risorse lavoreranno a supporto del team e il persorso prevederà:

• Supervisione dei metodi di lavoro prestabiliti per tutte le fasi di lavorazione, nel rispetto del piano di produzione e dei cicli previsti, ottemperando alle norme GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) e segnalando tempestivamente eventuali anomalie del processo di produzione;
• Supervisione delle macchine di reparto e delle anomalie;
• Redazione di report sulle anomalie intercorse durante il turno;
• Redazione di report sulle tempistiche delle fasi produttive;
• Supporto nella scrittura di standard work e WI;
• Collaborazione al miglioramento continuo del reparto e nella risoluzione dei problemi fornendo suggerimenti ai responsabili e il proprio contributo nelle attività di implementazione;
• Rispettare le norme di EHS (Enviroment, Health & Safety) all’interno del site, seguendo le procedure definite e segnalando tempestivamente eventuali rischi identificati.

Competenze tecniche previste dal percorso:

• Conoscenza delle norme GMP e delle procedure di reparto
• Conoscenza del funzionamento dei macchinari del proprio reparto;
• Capacità di redigere report.
