Intercos Group is seeking an Innovation Intern to assist the Strategic Innovation Manager in fostering a culture of innovation across the organization. You will collaborate with R&D, Product Development and Marketing to contribute to innovation initiatives, open innovation activities and strategic projects.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Innovation Management or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.

The Intern will support the Strategic Innovation Manager in fostering a culture of innovation across the organization. Working in a highly cross-functional environment, the intern will collaborate with R&D, Product Development and Marketing to contribute to innovation initiatives, open innovation activities and strategic projects.

Activities

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Innovation Management or a related field.
• Fluency in English
