Il candidato ideale è iscritto o neolaureato in Economia, Business Management o ingegneria gestionale, con inglese fluente e ottime doti analitiche. Disponibilità a formato ibrido e al lavoro in un contesto internazionale di livello mondiale.

Competenze

• In corso o laurea magistrale in Economia, Business Management, Management Engineering o campi affini.
• Conoscenze analitiche solide e orientamento agli obiettivi.
• Disponibilità a stage di 6 mesi nel dipartimento Marketing & Sales.

Mansioni

• Supportare la pianificazione delle vendite mondiali e della mix di modelli.
• Guidare il processo di order management tra i mercati.
• Analizzare le performance di vendita e le tendenze di mercato.
• Developare report e presentazioni per supportare decisioni strategiche.
• Gestire e migliorare strumenti interni di planning e reporting.

Internship in Sales Planning

Extracurricular Internship in Sales Planning

Are you enrolled/freshly graduated in a master’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Management Engineering or related fields? Do you speak fluent English, Italian and possibly German? Do you have good organizational and communication skills? Are you eager to learn? We are looking for brilliant candidates with a strong passion for the Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6-month Internship in a dynamic and international context based in our Marketing & Sales Department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters. The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:

• Planning worldwide sales volumes and model mix
• Steering the order management process across markets
• Analyzing sales performance and market trends
• Developing reports and presentations to support strategic decision‑making
• Maintaining and enhancing internal planning and reporting tools

In order to meet these targets, you will need:

• Fluent English and Italian, German will be a plus
• Enrolled/Freshly graduated in a Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Management, Management Engineering or related fields (please note that no thesis project is foreseen for this opportunity)
• Strong analytical skills
• Target oriented
• Proactive attitudeTeam working
• Good communication skills
