Music & Lights Srl offers a 6-month internship at its Minturno HQ (LT) in the IT department. You will train on internal PHP-based applications, work on backend and interfaces, and learn how systems integrate with the management platform, while exploring AI-enabled features.

Designed for newcomers, the program provides guidance from experienced developers, a 3+3 month training path, and travel opportunities within Italy and abroad. A strong motivation to learn is essential.

Competenze

• Basic programming knowledge in PHP or another language.
• Basic web development knowledge: HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Basic SQL and databases knowledge.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Interest in AI tools supporting development (Claude Code, Codex).
• English at B1 level for technical documentation.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain internal applications in PHP and SQL databases.
• Build the application interfaces with HTML, CSS and JavaScript, focusing on usability.
• Assist integrations between applications and the company management system via APIs.
• Analyze business processes with departments to translate them into software solutions.
• Assist in integrating AI features into the applications.
• Learn to use AI tools for development (Claude Code, Codex) to support coding tasks.
• Support internal users and diagnose hardware and network issues.
• Follow the team workflow: version control, testing and documentation.
