TJX Companies offre un tirocinio nel team Quality Control dedicato a Abbigliamento e Pelletteria presso l’ufficio di Firenze. L’alternanza dura 6 mesi, pieno tempo (40 ore/settimana) e prevede supporto alle attività di campionamento, gestione documenti e collaborazioni cross‑funzionali.

Inglese e italiano fluenti sono richiesti; si offre formazione, supporto logistico e possibilità di partecipare a visite fornitori e ispezioni merce.

Competenze

• Italiano fluente e inglese fluente.
• Disponibilità per internship a tempo pieno di 6 mesi.
• Buona gestione documentale e amministrativa.

Mansioni

• Gestire flusso campioni in ufficio: ricezione, stoccaggio, classificazione e preparazione per valutazioni.
• Verificare documentazione di spedizione e preparare la documentazione doganale.
• Supportare il team Quality in preparazione per Market Week.
• Supportare attività amministrative e operative.

Intern's tasks:

Supports the management of sample flow within the office, including receiving, storing, categorizing, and preparing samples for evaluation and inspection. Verifies shipping documentation, prepares customs paperwork for international shipments, and maintains accurate records of related documents. Assists in gathering information and coordinating documentation to streamline operational processes, while monitoring vendor-related issues and supporting timely resolutions. Assists the Quality team in preparing for Market Week and supporting related activities. Provides administrative and operational support to the assigned team, including handling general office duties such as mailing, file updating, and document management. Gains exposure to various functions and departments across the company, developing a broad understanding of business operations and cross-functional collaboration. xysqume May participate in business trips to support vendor visits, product evaluations, and merchandise inspections when required.
