Job summary

The European Investment Bank (EIB) seeks an Associate Internal Communications Specialist to join the Projects Directorate at its Luxembourg headquarters, with regular office presence and relocation support. You will develop internal communications content, coordinate with PJ stakeholders, and support events, presentations and intranet updates in line with Bank policies.

Panel interviews are anticipated for late 2026, with a 3-year contract at grade 4 and opportunities to grow within a truly

Qualifications

• University degree, minimum equivalent to a Bachelor's, preferably in Communications.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in corporate communications teams or agencies.
• Experience in writing and editing, audiovisual, marketing communications, event management, campaign planning and delivery, branding or social media.
• Proficiency with software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages and channels to different internal audiences and stakeholders.
• Excellent knowledge of English and French, with a good command of the other.

Responsibilities

• Identify communication needs and contribute to development of appropriate communication solutions for PJ audiences.
• Identify relevant topics, news and stories to be shared internally within PJ and with other services.
• Prepare high-quality, engaging content and contribute it to the PJ internal communications pipeline.
• Support the organisation of events in line with PJ events guidelines.
• Support the preparation of presentations in line with PJ presentation guidelines.
• Contribute to the maintenance of PJ intranet pages, ensuring content is relevant and compliant with policies.
• Contribute to review and development of procedures and guidance related to PJ internal communication.
• Support the delivery of awareness sessions and training activities for colleagues on internal communication topics.
