Deutsche Bank in Italy invites applications for a six-month internship in the End User Computing Service Governance team. You will support monitoring, reporting, and relationship management with major IT vendors, helping align services with business needs and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates are Data Science or Information Engineering students with strong analytical skills and English at B2 or higher. Start date in July, with monthly expense allowance and meal vouchers provided.

Competenze

• Undergraduate or graduate student in Data Science or Information Engineering.
• Analytical and reporting capabilities, with the ability to interpret service performance, cost, and demand data.
• English skills: from B2 and above.

Mansioni

• Monitor and report EUC vendor KPIs and SLAs to ensure stable performance.
• Attend regular vendor service reviews and discuss issues and escalations.
• Identify improvement opportunities using service metrics and user feedback.
• Help ensure EUC services comply with regulatory and audit requirements.
• Learn demand forecasting and cost visibility for IT services.
