Italdesign in Moncalieri (TO) is seeking a Team Leader for the Interior Trim Department to lead technical development and coordinate components across vehicle programs. You will supervise a small team, manage timing, cost, and quality, coordinate suppliers and internal teams, and interface with customers on technical topics, ensuring alignment with GD&T and manufacturing constraints.

Proficiency in Italian and English required; German would be appreciated; travel availability to support global

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive development.
• Knowledge of Interior trim components.
• Knowledge of materials.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies (stamping, milling, HPDC, plastic injection molding, surface treatment, composite).
• Knowledge of assembly processes (screwing, rivets, Spot resistance welding, gluing).
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Knowledge of tooling lead time.
• Ability to translate technical targets → process / economic constraints.
• Ability to manage suppliers.
• Ability to coordinate teamwork.
• Ability to handle critical situations and priorities.
• Knowledge of Design processes (design review, robust design, FMEA).
