To strengthen its Trade team, Artemest seeks a Project Manager with an Interior Design background. The candidate will join the Trade & Design Project Management team, leading large-scale interior projects for business clients (Architects, Interior Designers, Luxury Brands), focusing on efficiency, client satisfaction, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage B2B Interior Design Projects: Oversee entire project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Client Account Support: Serve as main contact for trade accounts, managing communication and understanding client needs.
• Concept Development & Presentation: Develop design concepts and moodboards; prepare tailored presentations.
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Source materials, ensuring feasibility and alignment with project specifications.
• Budget & Margin Analysis: Assess costs and margins, providing solutions that meet creative and financial goals.
• Regulatory & Technical Oversight: Ensure project compliance with certifications and technical standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams for seamless project execution.
• Process & Workflow Optimization: Monitor milestones, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• New Opportunity Assessment: Evaluate incoming projects and prepare strategic responses.

Requisiti:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, 3ds Max, and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Italian native.
