Bobby Mukherji Architects Milano (BMA Milano) is the European arm of Bobby Mukherji Architects, one of Asia’s leading design firms with over $12 billion in luxury projects worldwide.

As we expand in Europe, we are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our Milan team. This role offers exposure to landmark international hospitality projects with brands like Hilton, Hyatt, InterContinental, Westin, JW Marriott, and more.

We are a tech-driven design studio — we use the most advanced tools available, from BIM to parametric and AI workflows — and we expect the same mindset from our designers.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 2–6 years post-graduation experience in luxury interior design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating floor planning of large spaces (not decorators — we want designers with judgment and skill).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Rhino; Grasshopper is a major plus.
• Rendering expertise with V-Ray, Enscape, D5, or similar software.
• Strong graphic and presentation skills with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Curiosity for AI tools in design is a big advantage.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• P.IVA or eligibility to obtain it.
