The Interior Designer we are seeking is a key figure within the agency for the development of innovative and high-quality projects. The role requires independent management of interior design projects from concept to project presentation, including research, technical drawing development, and realistic 3D model rendering.

Responsibilities

• Understand and develop interior design and retail projects from brief to delivery, managing tasks autonomously.
• Quickly grasp project scope and proactively solve problems, including concept conception, drawing and sketch development, utilizing updated representation programs, material research, moodboards, and all necessary project elements.
• Coordinate internal design team and interact with clients and suppliers.
• Set project timelines and priorities to ensure efficient workflows.

Required Skills

• Diverse creative knowledge (photography, product design, strategy, architecture, interior design, graphics, etc.).
• Understanding of design processes.
• Positive attitude with substantial experience in Interior Design and Furniture.
• Integration of design and interior architecture, particularly in retail projects.
• Demonstrated graphics and visual communication skills.
• Practicality, determination, proactivity, and flexibility.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills internally and externally.
• Proficiency in modeling and rendering programs, mastery of technical and graphic design.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent proficiency in 2D and 3D software (Autocad, Rhinoceros, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, ArchiCad / AutoCad), Adobe Suite, and interdisciplinary program usage.
