You will work closely with our internal design and project management team members to foster and develop recognition and strength of the MCX Interior brand.

Responsibilities (depending on design level):

• Lead the creative and conceptual stages for projects
• Engage and collect information from clients about their needs
• Present design proposals to clients and gather their feedback
• Conduct site surveys
• Review building fit-out guides
• Review layouts done by our designers or create your own layouts
• Consider availability of materials and products locally to ensure procurement quality, timelines, and pricing are reasonable

Requirements:

• Proven experience with a portfolio of workplace design, layout work, and related projects
• Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in corporate office interior design
• Possess excellent design flair, highly creative with a keen eye for details
• Ability to solve problems involving multiple options
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Effective time management and planning skills

Compensation:

• 8,000 SGD - 10,000 SGD per month
• Salary: 5,600.00 - €7,000.00 per month
