Overview

Finatal is working with a leading investor on an industrials pre-deal project. They are seeking an interim Tax Director to work pre-deal on tax implications from the M&A, as well as setting up international tax structures, transfer pricing, and other corporate tax projects. Ideally, the candidate will have experience as a Global Tax Director with strong knowledge of corporate tax in an international setting. The role is based in Italy with some European travel.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement international tax structures aligned with deal strategy.
• Develop and oversee transfer pricing policies and documentation.
• Lead corporate tax projects in an international context.
