Job Description:

For an industrial multinational company, we are looking for a Temporary HR Administrator.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the HR Country Leader, the Temporary HR Administrator will manage HR Admin & Reporting processes for all Italian plants, including multiple legal entities. He/she will provide local partnership and advice to local managers and employees on Payroll, Time & Attendance, Data Management, Employee Life Cycle documentation processes, working closely with other HR team members. The role is based in Vignate, with travel to other Italian sites.

General Responsibilities:

  • Deliver HR services to Italian plants, ensuring positive customer experience, risk mitigation, and process excellence.
  • Manage entry, monthly consolidation, and verification of attendance and absence data, ensuring accurate transfer to payroll.
  • Be the first contact for internal customers, enhancing HR tools and platforms, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Prepare reports and personnel statistics.
  • Monitor project initiatives and coordinate with involved parties.
  • Identify and support adoption of HR solutions.
  • Oversee HR application systems governance.
  • Supervise personnel administration with external consultants.
  • Produce and monitor monthly KPI reports.
  • Maintain personnel data in SuccessFactors.
  • Support annual compensation reviews.
  • Ensure employment contracts and documentation compliance.

Workplace: Vignate, with travel to other sites in northern Italy.

Your Profile

Education:

  • Degree in human resources, economics, legal, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • 3 to 8 years of progressive HR Admin experience.
  • Knowledge of Italian laws and Industrial Collective Bargaining Agreements.
  • Preferred experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Experience working across multiple legal entities and union agreements.
  • Experience in training and deploying HR tools.
