The ideal candidate will be an established interim HR Director, fluent in Italian, with experience in small PE backed businesses. Offering a day rate of €700-€900, this role involves optimizing sales, developing reward frameworks, and managing new consultants.

The organisation is a niche advisory firm operating out of Milan. The firm has expert consultants at varying levels who delivery a first class, unique B2B service to multiple European clients. Having recently received investment the business is expanding byt offering new service line as well as investing more in people by tiring and developing new consultants,

The Interim head of people role will look at the business’ performance, development and reward framework and create a fit for purpose programme that will drive, sales, cross selling, new market entry and optimise the existing customer base.

The role is ideal for an established interim HR Director who has worked in small PE backed businesses and is available now to begin a new role. Based in Milan, you will be Italian or fluent in Italian with eligibilty to work there.
