The Interfit Marketing Advisor will be responsible for implementing global marketing and communication activities to support the Interfit business in collaboration with the Global Interfit Director.

The resource will collaborate with all Interfit key stakeholders (Regional / Country Sales & Service Managers, Marketing Managers, Operations Managers) to define and execute the marketing plan in each country.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare all materials to support Interfit countries in executing the brand strategy. Work closely with countries on branding activities such as signage, trucks, uniforms, locations, etc.
• Create Interfit-focused content: texts, images, videos, testimonials, social media messages.
• Create global Interfit literature and support each market in creating local materials.
• Manage the Interfit website and social media: content creation, traffic analysis, translations, etc. Collaborate with external IT partners to enhance the website.
• Support the preparation of local events and exhibitions where Interfit will be present.
• Assist in Interfit development activities (business planning, acquisitions, etc.).
• Support the preparation and monitoring of dedicated Interfit reports.

Job and Personal Requirements:

• BA / BS degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (highly preferred).
• Over 5 years of experience in Marketing / Communication.
• Experience in multinational companies (B2B industries is a plus).
• Hands-on experience in managing the design and creation of marketing materials.
• Experience managing digital companies and creative agencies.
• Excellent writing, analytics, and editing skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and work independently.
• Experience in detailed budget management.
• Ability to work with multi-country, multicultural teams.
• Good command of Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
• Understanding of web and social media trends.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English.
