EssilorLuxottica is seeking an Intercompany Accountant to manage IC flows, journal entries and reconciliations within the Global Business Services team based in Agordo (BL). The role emphasizes automation, process improvement, and timely month-end closes in a multinational context.

You will collaborate with cross-country teams, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and supporting audits. Strong Excel and ERP experience are required, with English fluency as a must.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting in multinational companies or consulting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and intercompany reconciliation.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle HFM) and Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and cross-country collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive approach to process improvement and automation.
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.

Your role

We are looking for an Intercompany Accountant who will take a pivotal role in managing and overseeing intercompany accounting activities, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements. You will be part of an international team based in the Global Business Services department located in Agordo (BL), contributing to a young, dynamic, and rapidly growing environment that fosters innovation and collaboration. Main responsibilities:

• Manage intercompany (IC) flows, including recording of journal entries (JE) and Account Payable IC postings.
• Oversee, propose and enhance automated IC processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Design and implement new IC flows in response to evolving business needs.
• Prepare and approve account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Complete month-end close activities, maintaining tight deadlines and high standards.
• Oversee consolidated financial statement reconciliations at the intercompany level.
• Contribute to audits and provide relevant documentation as needed.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting in multinational companies or consulting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and intercompany reconciliation.
• General experience with Financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle HFM) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-country teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive approach to process improvement and automation.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
