Procter & Gamble is offering an Engineering Intern opportunity at the Pomezia Plant & Tech Center in Italy. You will contribute from day one to automation projects, digital manufacturing and future automation trends, while gaining hands-on experience in process and machine control.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineers, exposure to PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and networking, and offers formal training and mentoring to support your growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

• Collaborate with experienced engineers on various projects;
• Gain hands‑on experience in process and/or machine control;

Job Qualifications

• Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or other relevant engineering disciplines related to automation, control systems and digitalization;
• Fluent in English and Italian;
• Strong communication skills, leadership and analytical capabilities;
• Critical thinking, operational discipline and ability to work within diverse organizations and teams;
• Ability to learn, initiative and flexibility;
• Strong technical background and problem‑solving abilities;
• Passion for integrating technologies and contributing to the future of Digital Manufacturing through Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0, data and analytics;
• Nice to have: familiarity with industrial automation and control systems, robotics, machine vision and networking;
• Availability for minimum 6 months.
