Role : Patent Attorney – Chemistry

This firm has with over 40 years of experience, specialising in various areas on IP law, including trademarks, patents, copyright, and unfair competition.

A Patent Attorney with a background in Chemistry to join the team based in Milan.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and assessment of third-party patents.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and practices that comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Qualified Italian Patent Attorney with a few years PQE and technical background in chemistry.
• Proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
