We are seeking an IVVQ Engineer.

Candidate Profile:
  • Master's degree in Engineering (Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in Test, Integration, Verification, Validation
  • Team player with a collaborative approach
  • Analytical, structured, and synthetic thinker
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Convincing and persuasive communication skills
  • Enjoys managing diverse and complex projects
Core Competencies:
  • Deep understanding of Engineering Project Management Principles
  • Knowledge of Component Testing, Integration & Verification, Test Automation, Test Equipment, Test Management, Validation & Acceptance
  • Experience with data analysis and familiarity with programming languages
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets effectively
  • Strong leadership qualities and willingness to mentor junior team members
  • Creativity to ensure customer satisfaction
Role Responsibilities:

As an IVVQ Engineer at Thales, your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing module, program, or unit testing of software components
  • Defining integration trees aligned with system release plans
  • Developing and maintaining testing software and tools
  • Providing investigative support in staging or SIL environments
  • Identifying test equipment and calibration requirements
  • Planning, estimating, monitoring, and controlling IVVQ activities
  • Defining validation scenarios and criteria to assess solution compliance
  • Satisfying customer expectations through effective test campaigns
  • Preparing and executing test procedures, analyzing results
  • Leading demonstrations to end customers
