La figura sarà responsabile della preparazione di business plan, analisi di mercato e gestione di accordi di joint venture. Richiesti un master e una solida esperienza in contesti industriali internazionali. Si offre un contratto a tempo indeterminato con possibilità di crescita professionale.

Competenze

  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili in aziende internazionali o studi di consulenza.
  • Eccellente conoscenza dell'analisi dei bilanci e delle norme contabili internazionali.
  • Competenze in diritto societario e gestione Due Diligence.

Saipem Spa is looking for an Integrated Evaluation Analyst (Partnership and M&A Transaction) to join the dedicated Department within the CFO structure. The person will support the Business Lines in establishing new companies in joint ventures with third parties and finalizing cooperation agreements.

Responsibilities :

  • Support the whole process from preliminary analyses of the initiative : preparation of the business plan, negotiation of the agreements with potential partners, until the start-up of the new entity, in collaboration with relevant Departments and external consultants.
  • Conduct economic and financial analysis on market players, for internal and external purposes.

QUALIFICATION : Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE : Excellent knowledge of English language

LABOUR RELATIONSHIP : Permanent contract

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : At least 2 years' experience in similar roles within international industrial companies or consulting / audit firms. Excellent knowledge of financial statements analysis, international accounting standards, business plan preparation. Expertise in corporate law, Due Diligence management, M&A transactions, drafting of JV Agreements.

IT SKILLS : Proficiency in the Office package and knowledge of financial data provider (i.e. Bloomberg) will be a plus.

SOFT SKILLS : Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, efficiency orientation, and attention to detail. Good interpersonal skills.
