Ozarks Community Health Center (OCHC) seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to work with the Director of Behavioral Health and Clinic Manager. You will actively contribute to clinic operations and integrate primary care with mental healthcare.

The role emphasizes collaboration with primary care teams, performing screenings, brief interventions, and care planning to improve patient health outcomes within a busy clinic setting.

• Active professional development.
• Satisfactory maintenance of continuing education standards as established by the Division of Professional Registration of Missouri

Mansioni

• Performs screenings/evaluations for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Performs brief interventions for behavioral health needs.
• Supports behavioral health to assist patients in improving health and managing chronic illnesses.
• Meets regularly with the primary care team to plan care and discuss cases.
• Integrates with primary care providers.
• Supports primary care physician/teams in identifying patients who could benefit from behavioral interventions.
• Interventions and education to patients and families.
• Maintains documentation and uses standard templates.
• Ensures Medicaid prior authorizations are obtained prior to fifth patient visit.
