GOSP - Generali Operations Service Platform, a joint venture with Accenture, provides IT and Procurement services to Generali Group companies. Headquartered in Italy with five branches across Europe, GOSP employs about 1,000 people.

The Finance Solution Expert is responsible for designing and ensuring the adoption of solutions for core insurance processes in Life, Health, and Non-Life business areas, utilizing a common platform.

Activities
  • Collaborate with leaders, architects, and implementation teams to ensure solutions for technical accounting and general ledger processes related to Life and Non-Life insurance are aligned with design guidelines and standards across countries.

Qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in finance insurance projects or within an organizational unit for commercial or retail insurance.
  • Ability to understand, document, and propose functional solutions for technical accounting and general ledger processes, including IFRS reporting.
  • Experience with insurance accounting systems and technology implementations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with C-level business and technology executives.
  • Experience in deploying end-to-end business solutions and guiding project-based architecture, design, and sizing for insurance solutions.
  • Capacity to translate high-level requirements into detailed implementation strategies aligned with multi-year roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders to solve critical problems.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in finance projects within the insurance sector.
  • Knowledge of developing comprehensive business solutions within the insurance finance domain.
  • Preferably, knowledge of a second language (e.g., Spanish, German).

  • Strong analytical skills, learning agility, and ability to produce in-depth reports.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, managing work plans to meet deadlines.
