A leading company in the insurance sector is seeking an Insurance Marketing Coordinator in Milan. Within the AMEX AGENZIA ASSICURATIVA Marketing team - responsible for additional insurance coverage dedicated to Amex Cards Members and Prospects - we are looking for an Insurance Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the Marketing Executive.

As a part of this team, this person will be responsible for supporting the Insurance Long Range Plan with a specific focus on definition and delivery of New Insurance Products.

This position is a fantastic opportunity to expand marketing skills and insurance industry knowledge; the role will be pivotal to supporting the development of the American Express insurance business.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Main responsibilities

  • Conducting benchmark analysis to evaluate trends and competition venture
  • Support to definition and delivery of New Insurance Products
  • Managing relation with Carriers & Partners
  • Marketing plan coordination support of the acquisition channels
  • Support to execution the creative assets aim to increase the insurance brand awareness
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics or Marketing
  • At least 2 years of Marketing experience (preferably in insurance industry)
  • Proven analytics skills and mindset
  • Self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Strong team player with flexible mindset and a positive attitude even during changing work priorities
  • Process focused and capable of handling multiple tasks to timelines with strong attention to details.
  • Good communication skills both in Italian and English
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel
  • Insurance marketing experience is a plus
