Saipem in Livorno, Italy, is seeking a Construction Instrument Superintendent to join the Bioraffineria project. You will support HSE, coordinate commissioning, start-up activities, and manage maintenance planning across analyzer, automation, instrumentation, and telecom systems.

Requirements include a technical engineering degree, experience in commissioning and maintenance, and English at B2 level. The role offers a fixed-term contract in Livorno with On-site work.

Competenze

• Technical diploma or engineering degree required.
• Experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and maintenance.
• Ability to read P&IDs, isometrics, piping layouts and related docs.
• English knowledge level at least B2.

Mansioni

• Ensure HSE compliance and safety, supporting the HSE Manager.
• Coordinate commissioning, start-up activities and documentation.
• Manage maintenance planning: preventive, condition-based, corrective, with resources.
• Control work permits and process safety systems; oversee Permit to Work.
• Develop personnel and optimize plant performance, training and spare parts management.
