Job summary

Zeeco, Italy HQ in Cinisello Balsamo, seeks an Instrument & Controls Engineer for the Flares department to join our team. The role covers design and documentation of instrument systems, control panels, wiring, and integration with process engineers to deliver compliant, on-time projects.

Responsibilities include P&ID development, control narratives, data sheets, and coordination with procurement, sales, and PMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Instruments, Automation, Electrical)
• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience
• Fluent in Italian and English

Responsibilities

• Review project engineering and sales packages to determine Zeeco's scope of supply
• Develop P&ID drawings and control narratives with process engineers
• Develop data sheets and hook-ups drawings for instruments and valves
• Prepare and review cable BOMs, routing plans, and schedules
• Prepare RFQ or materials requisitions and coordinate with Procurement
• Support budget review and bid tab for control items
• Perform inspection and testing of equipment prior to shipment
• Occasional travel for commissioning, FAT, HAZOP, and SIL meetings
