Responsibilities / Tasks
- Cooperate with a team of qualified Technical Individual Contributors with mid and long-term experience in the application sector (industrial bakery)
- Strictly support and cooperate with assigned Area Managers with mid and long-term experience in the application sector (industrial bakery)
- Management of customer relationships concerning correspondence before, during, and after order acquisition
- Preliminary evaluation and preparation for the Legal Department of GEA of NDAs, customer contracts, and Master Agreements
- Support for document management in tender procedures (BID)
- Preparation of commercial offers in collaboration with the Technical Offer and Area Manager
- Preparation and management of internal process documentation for order acquisition (sales order, advance payment verification)
- Management of documentation for certification of intermediaries
- Support for travel management (to and from customers)
- Support for managing customer visits, events, and trade fairs
- Management of forms for intermediaries’ commissions
- CRM management for Brazil and Mexico
- Participation in weekly sales meetings
- Proactive participation in “inside sales” activities (pilot project), related management in the dedicated focus country, and KPI analysis
- Availability to work both at the Colognola ai Colli (VR) office and, if necessary, at the Torrebelvicino (VI) office
- Supports key SAP implementation users within the Commercial organization
Your Profile / Qualifications
- University degree in foreign language, English, Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
- Will be considered also economics, business management diploma / degrees with a strong B2B commercial foreign language background
- Min 5-7 years experience in similar functions, mainly within relevant B2B industrial (ideally from food/bakery)
- Inside sales experience will be considered a plus
- SAP platform knowledge (preferred)
- Office Package mastering
- Fluent in English, Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
- Analytical & precise, delivers OTIF
- Previous exposure to industrial goods selling processes & tools
- Discipline in following processes and assigned standards
- Ability to execute under time pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
