Your Responsibilities

• Processing technical-economic customer enquiries


• Tracking and monitoring whether forecasts are converted into orders on time


• Periodic control of adherence to delivery dates


• Administrative and technical support to customers and project managers


• Maintaining customer relations (including on-site visits with customers)


• Processing and following up complaints

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or training in the sales field


• Previous working experience in similar positions


• Excellent MS Office skills


• Organisational skills, autonomy and analytical thinking


• Excellent knowledge English, Italian and German
