Competenze

Position: Internal Sales Specialist

The Internal Sales Specialist will be part of the Service team and will be dedicated to selling/renewing service contracts over the phone and offering spare parts.

S/he will report to the Service Sales and Marketing Manager. Her/his main responsibilities will include:

  1. Achieving sales targets by selling Mettler-Toledo service contracts and spare parts;
  2. Identifying opportunities within the assigned client portfolio;
  3. Proactively generating opportunities for other business areas or teams;
  4. Being the main point of contact for clients in case of needs and/or complaints.
Qualifications and Skills Needed to Succeed
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's/Master's degree;
  • At least 1-2 years of B2B service sales experience (preferably as Internal Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales / Internal Account Manager);
  • Intermediate level of English;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Proactive and goal-oriented attitude.
