Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials is seeking an Inside Sales professional to manage order fulfillment for assigned customers. This role requires supporting the external Sales Force and ensuring timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience and proficiency in multiple languages, offering a dynamic and international work environment.

We are looking for an Inside Sales professional for semi-finished products responsible for managing the order fulfillment of all assigned customers, ensuring timely deliveries as per contract and business guidelines.
The Inside Sales role supports the external Sales Force as a back office for all customer requests and quotes,
and manages local Planner activities for semi-finished products via distribution orders from other MCAM sites and other product purchasing.
Contributing to achieving the local sales budget through excellent management of customer orders and needs.
Proactively monitoring the status of customer orders, providing updates on delays, proposing alternatives to minimize impact, and managing obsolete stock.
Handling customer complaints in cooperation with distribution warehouses and the local Quality team.
Performing planner tasks for cut-to-size manufacturing orders for internal cutting operations, distributed from other MCAM warehouses, and locally purchased semi-finished products.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in PC usage and office programs.
English language at B2 level, Spanish and French at least B1 level.
Ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
Ability to plan activities based on priorities and deadlines.
