We offer you the position of Inside Sales Representative, responsible for selling a broad range of Medtronic services within the ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) business. Your customers will primarily be hospitals, biomedical engineers, and purchasers. This is an office-based role focused on selling service solutions to improve the overall Medtronic customer experience. You will support the development of our service business in Germany, Alpine, and Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers via phone or face-to-face meetings to discuss and sell service agreements (contract expiration, assets coming out of warranty).
- Identify, create, and maintain opportunities in SFDC for service agreements, using opportunity dashboards and attach rate files for assets coming out of manufacturer warranty, expiring contracts, T&M activities, and point of sale.
- Actively participate in the Alpine and Italian sales organization by sharing service opportunities during meetings, creating action plans with District Sales Managers and Sales Representatives, and attending local events.
- Support field sales representatives in exploring the best solutions for selling service agreements at points of sale and for financial deals.
- Assist the sales team with tender questions related to services and respond promptly with appropriate service agreements.
- Participate in financial deals, ensuring service agreements and revenue are properly captured.
- Provide accurate service forecasts to leadership and sales managers.
- Collaborate with colleagues across markets to share best practices and adopt new sales strategies.
Must Haves
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Fluency in English, Italian, and German
- Ability to prioritize and respond promptly to internal and external questions
- Flexibility, adaptability, and accuracy
- Strong analytical and verbal communication skills
