Role Responsibilities

• Managing customer requests: coordination with internal technical teams and preparation of economic proposals in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Preparing order confirmations and documentation for internal use and shipment.
• Maintaining weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reports.
• Supporting management at exhibitions, conferences, and events.
• Managing samples and archives.
• Interacting with customers regarding customs and export activities.
• Assisting the Sales team in organizing events and trade fairs.
• Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and updating related budgets.

Your Experience and Background

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a mechanical/mechatronic company.
• Practical import/export management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Windows OS.
• Effective communication skills in English and Italian; knowledge of additional languages like Spanish or French is a plus.
