Role Responsibilities:
  • Offer management: collection of customer requests, coordination and interface with internal technical functions, preparation of economic proposals in coordination with the Sales team
  • Preparing order confirmations and documentation for internal use and shipment
  • Managing weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual files
  • Supporting management exhibitions, conferences, and events
  • Sample management and archiving
  • Interacting with customers for customs and export activities
  • Supporting the Sales team in organizing events and trade fairs
  • Managing internal reporting and monitoring sales performance
  • Updating related budget files
Your Experience and Background:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a mechanical/mechatronic company
  • Import/export management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Windows
  • Effective communication skills in English and Italian; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
