Role Responsibilities:

• Managing customer requests, coordinating with internal technical teams, and preparing economic proposals in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Preparing order confirmations and documentation for internal use and shipment.
• Maintaining weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual files.
• Supporting management in exhibitions, conferences, and events.
• Managing samples and archiving.
• Interacting with customers regarding customs and export activities.
• Assisting the Sales team with organizing events and trade fairs.
• Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and updating related budgets.

Experience and Background:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a mechanical/mechatronic company.
• Practical import and export management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with Windows OS.
• Effective communication skills in English and Italian; knowledge of additional languages like Spanish or French is a plus.
