As our Inside Sales Representative , you’ll support HID’s successby :

• Offering management : collection of customer requests, coordination and interface with internal technical functions, preparation of the economic proposal in coordination with the Sales team
• Preparing the order confirmation
• Preparing documentation for internal use
• Preparing documentation for shipment of goods
• Preparing and updating of weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual files
• Supporting management exhibitions, conferences and events
• Sample management and archiving
• Interacting with customers for the management of customs and export activities
• Supporting the Sales team in organising events and trade fairs
• Managing internal reporting in coordination with the sales team and monitors monthly, quarterly and half-yearly sales performance
• Updating related budget quarter and annual files

YourExperienceand Background include :

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the same role
• Experience in a mechanical / mechatronic company
• Practical import and export management skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
• Ability to effectively communicate in the English and Italian language, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
• Knowledge of additional languages (e.g. Spanish, French) is a plus
