Main Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales objectives within the product range or assigned regions.
  • Pursue sales leads, conclude orders, and arrange internal sales logistics.
  • Align with peers among the Inside Sales Team and Shared Service Center.
  • Support new sales representatives.
  • Handle sales order entry.
  • Manage incoming requests from customers in Germany and Switzerland.
  • Manage quotations using SAP, support the sales team to convert quotes into orders.
  • Manage orders to respect delivery times.
  • Be the key contact for customers from order to delivery.
  • Organizational skills, excellent communication skills, understanding customer needs, and problem-solving.
  • Participate in product and other trainings in Parma or other company locations.
Key Competencies
  • Inter-cultural and networking competency.
  • Track record in a similar Inside Sales role in the target region and industry.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, and/or Salesforce.
  • Ability to handle multiple customers and topics under pressure.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian, German, and English; French skills are an advantage.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher preferred. Strong track record in a similar Inside Sales or Sales role in the target region and industry.
