** YOUR MISSION ? **

The Inside Sales Representative focuses on new customer acquisition through cold contact to prospect customers, generation and lead of sales campaigns, digital sales leads, and suppliers integration plans/business referrals. Responsibilities include attracting prospect customers with comprehensive information and negotiating to achieve sales closure.

** YOUR GOALS ** ?
  1. Day-to-day payroll administration on managed service and outsourced platforms.
  2. Generate new business leads from references, tradeshows, web searches, other digital resources, and qualify them. Meet targets on budget, profitability, and service diversification.
  3. Set up and lead sales campaigns based on category, service/product mix, and account type, coordinating activities with commercial team members.
  4. Cold calling: making outbound calls to potential prospects, understanding client needs, offering solutions, and researching leads.
  5. Generate relationships and engagement on social media and digital tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, maximizing interaction with corporate pages and websites.
  6. Track performance and sales metrics monthly. Build pipelines with team members and maintain a CRM (Salesforce) database of prospective clients.
  7. Clarify prospects' needs, evaluate opportunity size and timing, and prepare service offers and negotiate sales.
  8. Decide on assigning larger opportunities to Field Sales while maintaining direct negotiation when appropriate, in agreement with line manager.
  9. Support Field Sales agents by advising on visit planning. Handle incoming calls and emails, managing leads accordingly.
** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ** ?
  • At least 3 years of inside sales experience (outbound calls) in a multinational environment.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable calling new contacts all day, easily connecting and interacting with prospects.
  • Proven negotiation skills are a plus.
  • Tenacious in handling rejection and eager to expand the company with new clients; a team player.
  • Native Italian speaker, with fluent English capable of interacting in a business context.
