We are looking for a Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Treviso, Italy.

What will you be doing:

  1. Responsible for outbound/inbound communications (phone & email) and contacting businesses and prospective/existing clients to sell products.
  2. Conduct lead generation efforts to create and qualify leads, and follow up on prospects.
  3. Cultivate and follow up on business leads.
  4. Follow up on marketing campaigns.
  5. Obtain names and contact information of potential customers from sales team, inbound inquiries, and purchased lists.
  6. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions via upselling of additional products and/or services.
  7. Work closely with distributors.
  8. Schedule sales appointments for field sales representatives.
  9. Develop working relationships with other SolarEdge departments and take the lead to resolve issues.
  10. Provide courteous, professional, and sales-focused assistance to customers.
  11. Meet activity-based metrics.
  12. Maintain CRM database with leads and follow-up actions, and track revenue associated with leads.

**Minimum Requirements:**

  1. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  2. Electrical Technical Degree, Renewable Energy Degree, or similar qualification is a plus.
  3. 1-3 years relevant experience in inside sales, promotions, or telemarketing.
  4. Ability to reach decision-makers directly.
  5. Knowledge of the solar industry and related products/services is a plus.
  6. Ability to influence sales through telemarketing efforts.
  7. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
  8. Proven track record of sales results from telemarketing experience.
  9. Organized and detail-oriented.
  10. High energy, self-motivated, and persistent.
  11. Experience working for an international organization is a plus.
