** YOUR MISSION ? **
The Inside Sales Representative focuses on new customer acquisition through cold contact to prospect customers, generation and lead of Sales campaigns, digital sales leads and suppliers integration plans/business referrals. It includes attracting prospect customers with comprehensive information and negotiating to achieve sales close.
** YOUR GOALS ** ?
- Day-to-day payroll administration on managed service and outsourced platforms
- Generate new business leads from references, tradeshows, web searches, other digital resources and qualifying them. Meet targets on budget, profitability levels and service diversification
- Set up and lead of sales campaigns based on category, service/product mix and type of account, coordination of campaign activities with commercial teams members
- Cold calling: making multiple outbound calls to potential prospects, understanding client needs, offering solutions and support on CHEP procedures, researching potential leads.
- Generate relationship and engagement on social media and other demand generation digital tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator), maximize interaction with corporate pages and website.
- Tracking performance and sales metrics, monthly. Building pipelines with team members and maintaining database (CRM Salesforce) of prospective client information
- Clarify the needs of the prospect customer and evaluate the size and timing of the opportunity, using CRM to track each sales stage. Prepare service offers and negotiate sales.
- Draw decisions on the assignment of larger opportunities to Field Sales while retaining direct negotiation in sales opportunities when possible, in agreement with line manager
- Support Field sales agents by advising visit planning. Handle incoming calls and website emails and manage the leads as above
** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ** ?
- You have at least 3 years experience of Inside sales (outbound calls) in a multinational environment,
- Strong in communication skills, comfortable in calling new people all day, easily connects and interacts with prospect customers
- Proven negotiation track record a plus,
- Tenacious in handling rejection and eager to expand the company with new sales, clients
- a team player
- Native Italian speaker, with a fluent level of English capable to interact in a business context.
