Inside Sales Representative

Working with External Account Managers—either within a specific territory or account list—you will be part of an account team focused on engaging the market to increase revenues and margins. Your role involves identifying new customer opportunities and growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and qualify new leads to increase revenue in targeted vertical markets.
  • Generate prospects through warm and cold calling, and qualify leads from marketing, telemarketing, and web sources.
  • Build relationships with relevant channel partners and develop end-user relationships.
  • Manage all leads and opportunities accurately using Salesforce.com (SFDC) and update all activities accordingly.
  • Communicate specific sales propositions to end customers.
  • Achieve set targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Participate in strategic planning with your Account Manager.
  • Handle account management tasks such as evaluations, licenses, renewals, and quotations.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts collaboratively with your Account Manager.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for smaller opportunities, including renewals.
  • Lead specific marketing campaigns and provide feedback on their success.
  • Act as the first point of contact when your Account Manager is unavailable, including forecast reviews and QBRs.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven sales success in inside sales, preferably in IT security, networking, or hardware.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC) is advantageous.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, capable of exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Self-confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
