    • WHAT THE INSIDE SALES DEPARTMENT DOES
    • Identify strategic partners to increase sales
    • Analyse, understand and establish a long-term relationship with our creators, proposing the best Affiliate agreements.
    • Analyse the activities performed and adopt continuous improvement actions.
    • WHAT YOU WILL DO
    • Utilise Social Media, Google and other sources to
    • generate new sales partnerships
    • and opportunities.
    • Identify the needs
    • of the creators, and suggest appropriate affiliates and activities.
    • Build long-term and trusting relationships
    • with affiliates to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities
    • in the market.
    • Set up meetings
    • or calls between creators and affiliates
    • Report to your manager
    • with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
    • REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
    • Proficiency in
    • English
    • and a third language is a plus
    • Previous experience in
    • client-facing
    • digital media, including, but not limited to, online advertising, media buying, affiliate marketing, or account management, is a must.
    • Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets.
    • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
    • Strong desire and ability to move up within a
    • sales organisation.
    • Proficiency with Excel or CRM software.
