Inside Sales Representative- Italian

Location : Athens Greece (On-site)

Start Date : 13 October 2025

Working Hours : Monday to Friday 08 : 00 18 : 00 (40h / week)

Contract : Permanent

On-site deadline : Candidates must be able to work from site starting 8 October 2025

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Italian-speaking Inbound Sales Representative to join our clients team in Athens. You will handle inbound customer inquiries promote tailored solutions and contribute to sales growth while delivering a positive customer experience.

What You Will Do
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to Italian-speaking customers inquiries.
  • Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Meet and exceed sales performance targets.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve results.
Requirements
  • Native or near-native fluency in Italian (C2 level).
  • Good level of English (B2).
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Athens.
