An established industry player seeks a dynamic inside sales professional to drive new customer acquisition and lead sales campaigns. In this role, you will engage with potential clients through cold calls and digital tools, leveraging your strong communication and negotiation skills. Focuses on:
Through cold contact to prospect customers, generation and lead of sales campaigns, digital sales leads, and suppliers integration plans/business referrals. It includes attracting prospect customers with comprehensive information and negotiating to achieve sales closure.
Day-to-day payroll administration on managed service and outsourced platforms.
Generate new business leads from references, tradeshows, web searches, other digital resources, and qualifying them. Meet targets on budget, profitability levels, and service diversification.
Set up and lead sales campaigns based on category, service/product mix, and account type, coordinating campaign activities with commercial team members.
Cold calling: making multiple outbound calls to potential prospects, understanding client needs, offering solutions and support on CHEP procedures, researching potential leads.
Generate relationships and engagement on social media and other demand-generation digital tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator), maximizing interaction with corporate pages and the website.
Track performance and sales metrics monthly. Build pipelines with team members and maintain a database (CRM Salesforce) of prospective client information.
Clarify the needs of prospective customers and evaluate the size and timing of opportunities, using CRM to track each sales stage. Prepare service offers and negotiate sales.
Make decisions on assigning larger opportunities to Field Sales while retaining direct negotiation in sales opportunities when possible, in agreement with the line manager.
Support Field Sales agents by advising on visit planning. Handle incoming calls and website emails, managing leads as described above.
You have at least 3 years of experience in inside sales (outbound calls) in a multinational environment.
Strong communication skills, comfortable making calls all day, easily connecting and interacting with prospect customers.
Proven negotiation skills are a plus.
Tenacious in handling rejection and eager to expand the company with new sales and clients; a team player.
Native Italian speaker, with a fluent level of English.
Capable of interacting in a business context.
