Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and results focused Inside Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships and driving growth. In this role, you will proactively engage with prospects and customers - building connections, asking the right questions, and uncovering opportunities to deliver lasting value. Your curiosity and responsiveness will help you forge strong relationships, accelerate the sales cycle, and consistently exceed targets. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your ability to move with speed and purpose will directly fuel our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

· Collaborate with Outside Sales Team members to build effective strategies for customer coverage and engagement across territory

· Provide exceptional customer service by preparing quotes, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions.

· Quickly respond to and qualify leads from varying sources

· Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM software to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting

· Maintain and expand a database (CRM) of prospective and current customers within the assigned territory or market

· Schedule and conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to existing and potential clients

· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

· Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback and insights from customer interactions.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in inside sales with demonstrable track record of increasing sales in, preferably within the wire and cable industry

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

· High level of self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset

· Preference for working in a highly collaborative team environment

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred or equivalent experience.

· Proficiency and experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
