Arrow Electronics AGC, a part of Arrow Electronics, is a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components globally, building trusted, long-lasting relationships with industry leaders on both the supplier and customer sides.

What will you do

Arrow is looking for a Business Support Specialist to join our team in Florence, Italy. This position will work closely with sales teams and report to the Inside Sales Manager. It offers a significant opportunity to contribute to and develop our business.

Responsibilities at Arrow AGC include:
  1. Managing estimates and orders efficiently from inception to invoice.
  2. Collaborating effectively on supplier-related activities.
  3. Developing a deep understanding of customer and supplier portfolios.
  4. Proactively creating potential offerings and supporting customers.
  5. Following up diligently on sales cases and orders through to completion.
  6. Working collaboratively with colleagues across Italy and beyond as a team player.
Qualifications we are looking for:
  1. Business proficiency in Italian and English.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in sales back office or operations (preferred).
  3. Technical or commercial education.
  4. Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Proactive, extroverted, self-sufficient, and flexible attitude.
  7. Responsibility for duties and attention to detail.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and understand how details impact the bigger picture.
