We're seeking an energetic, intelligent, sharp, easy-to-work-with, likable, trustworthy team player to join our growing real estate investment company as an Acquisitions Operator.

This is a Work From Home position. Candidates should have experience working remotely and a quiet, dedicated workspace. Your territory will be assigned after hiring.

In this role, you will learn the real estate investing industry from the inside out, connecting with homeowners and solving problems to acquire deeply discounted properties.

Compensation: $50,000-$100,000 per year, plus commission and bonuses.

Responsibilities:
  1. Handle pre-screening and closing calls with clients.
  2. Be an expert problem solver and dealmaker.
  3. Nurture all seller relationships.
  4. Set follow-up appointments to keep clients informed.
  5. Manage deals from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met.
  6. Maintain communication with clients, agents, attorneys, etc.
  7. Keep CRM updated with latest developments and research.
  8. Maintain a customer-centric approach and provide ongoing service.
  9. Provide end-of-day reports to partners.
  10. Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
  2. Basic knowledge of real estate industry; a license is not required.
  3. Ability to build rapport quickly and easily.
  4. Self-confidence backed by some success and experience.
  5. Coachability and ability to listen to feedback.
  6. Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  7. Discipline to work effectively from home in a virtual team environment.
  8. Organizational skills and a desire to learn and grow.
  9. Proven success record.
  10. Ability to build rapport with clients.
  11. Goal-oriented, driven, deadline and detail-focused.
  12. Resided in the U.S. for at least 2 years and fluent in English.
