This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $100,000 annually with commission and bonuses. Overview

Our growing real estate investment company needs an Acquisitions Operator who can close deals. This is a Work From Home position. Please have experience working from home and have a quiet dedicated workspace. Your territory will be assigned after you’re hired. We are looking for someone to join long-term and grow with us as an integral part of the team.

You will have the opportunity to learn the real estate investing industry from the inside out, connecting with real homeowners and solving problems to acquire deeply discounted properties.

Compensation

Compensation: $50,000-$100,000 per year with commission & bonus

Responsibilities
  • Handle pre-screening and closing calls with clients
  • Be an expert problem solver and dealmaker
  • Nurture ALL seller relationships
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep clients aware of the latest developments
  • Manage deals from start to finish, to ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner
  • Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, attorneys, etc.
  • Keep CRM up to date with the latest developments and new client research information
  • Focus on maintaining a customer-centric approach
  • Provide ongoing customer service to all clients
  • Provide the Partners with the end-of-day report(s)
  • Any other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Must be quick and efficient with today\'s cloud apps such as Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Electronic Signature Apps like DocuSign, etc.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills
  • A real estate license is not required, but a basic knowledge of the industry is necessary
  • Large transactional sales experience
  • Great communicator - quickly and easily build rapport with people
  • Confident - someone with experience and self-confidence
  • Coachable - can listen to feedback and adjust accordingly
  • Effective listener - can detect motivating factors to create a value-for-value solution
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiating skills
